I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, browser type, device type, and aggregated analytics.

Personal Information includes information that can identify you individually, including but not limited to:

* Payment card information (processed through third-party payment processors)
* IP addresses associated with transactions
* Account credentials (username and password)

1. Information Collected via Technology



To activate the Service, you must provide your email address. To use the Service thereafter, you may provide additional Personal Information, including company name, billing address, and payment information.

We track information provided by your browser or software application when you access the Service, including:

* Referring URL
* Browser type and version
* Device type and operating system
* Time and date of access
* Pages viewed and features used
* IP address

We track this information using cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that enable us to collect Non-Personal Information and maintain user preferences. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted).

2. Transaction Data Collected Through the Service



Telemetry's Service verifies and measures agent-initiated transactions. When you integrate Telemetry with your e-commerce systems, we collect:

* Transaction Data: Transaction amounts, timestamps, transaction IDs, merchant IDs, agent identifiers, platform identifiers (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Shopify, Meta, Amazon)
* Fraud Verification Data: API call patterns, request velocity, behavioral fingerprints, cloud infrastructure signatures, authentication records
* Attribution Data: Revenue attribution by agent and platform, conversion data, cross-platform routing information
* Performance Data: Agent reliability metrics, accuracy rates, drift detection data, response times

This data is collected automatically when transactions are processed through our Service and is used exclusively for fraud detection, attribution measurement, trust scoring, and performance benchmarking.

3. Information You Provide by Registering for an Account



To subscribe to the Service, you must create an account by providing:

* Email address
* Username and password
* Company name (optional but recommended)
* Billing information (for paid accounts)

By registering, you authorize us to collect, store, and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Children's Privacy



The Site and Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to register for the Service. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. II. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent, or share your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

We share Personal Information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

* Cloud infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services)
* Payment processors (Stripe)
* Email service providers (for transactional and administrative emails)
* Customer support platforms

These service providers use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We use Personal Information to:

Transaction Data and Fraud Verification Data



What We Do:

* Use transaction data to provide fraud verification, attribution measurement, trust scoring, and performance benchmarking
* Aggregate and anonymize transaction data to generate industry benchmarks and insights
* Retain anonymized transaction data for seven (7) years to comply with Agent Reliability Protocol (ARP) standards and audit requirements

What We Never Do:

* We never sell transaction data to third parties
* We never share merchant-specific transaction data with competing platforms, AI providers, or e-commerce systems
* We never use your transaction data to benefit one platform over another
* We never disclose individual merchant performance data without explicit consent

Neutrality Commitment:

Telemetry operates as a neutral measurement infrastructure. Our business model depends on trust, not data monetization. We do not have commercial relationships that would create conflicts of interest in how we measure, verify, or report on agent commerce transactions.

Non-Personal Information



We use Non-Personal Information to improve the Service, customize user experience, and analyze usage patterns. We may aggregate Non-Personal Information to track trends and share aggregate statistics with partners or in public reports. This Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information, and we reserve the right to use and disclose such information to partners and third parties at our discretion.

Agent Certification Data (Future Service)



When our agent certification program launches, we will collect behavioral history and performance metrics for agents enrolled in certification. This data will be used solely to generate reputation scores and certification status. Certification data will never be shared with competing agents or platforms without explicit consent from the certified entity.

Insurance Services Data (Future Service)



If you enroll in Telemetry SHIELD (our fraud insurance product), we will share transaction verification data with our insurance underwriting partners to process claims. We will only share data necessary for claim validation and will not share broader merchant analytics. Insurance partnerships will be disclosed in updates to this Privacy Policy prior to product launch.

III. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION



We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, including:

* Encryption of data at rest using AES-256 or equivalent

Your account is protected by your password. We urge you to use a strong password, keep it confidential, and log out after each session.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or breaches will never occur. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

In the event of a data breach affecting your Personal Information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

IV. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION



Marketing Communications

Correction and Deletion

Important Notes on Data Deletion:

* Transaction data and fraud verification data are retained for seven (7) years to comply with ARP standards and regulatory requirements
* Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud)
* Deletion requests are processed within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention requirements

Your Privacy Rights



As a resident of your location, you are protected under various data protection laws and regulations. We designed our system with these regulations in mind, and you have the right to:

* Know what personal information we collect and how we use it
* Request deletion of personal information
* Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We will take steps to ensure that your Personal Information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), we will implement Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards for international data transfers upon request.
